- Advising and coaching your stakeholders to ensure effective and equitable Reward decisions are taken in your country.
- Keeping the country Reward expertise up to date.
- Building on best practice and maintain Reward as a center of expertise through internal and external networking.
- Develop knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in designated countries with the objective of becoming a subject matter expert and advisor on practices in those countries.
- Implementing, and monitoring Reward programs in line with Group Reward roadmap and internal customer needs.
- Driving continuous improvement and change on country Reward policies and practices.
- Promoting the Reward culture and branding.
- Master's degree.
- 10 years of experience in Reward (C&B design and administration, variable vs. fixed pay components, benchmarking and market analysis);
- Experience in an international environment and matrix organization;
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills (public-speaking experience) as well as the ability to influence and collaborate with others;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Capacity to understand quickly the business organization and strategy;
- Ability to work under limited supervision, confidence to challenge and ask questions;
