A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.About the roleHere at Kerry, we are currently recruiting for a CRM Support (with a focus on Salesforce), on a full time, permanent basis based in Naas, County Kildare.The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Support role is responsible for analysing CRM data, reviewing, recommending, and testing new functionality, assisting users by answering process and technical questions; and ensuring that CRM master data is being properly controlled, maintained, and synchronised with complimentary systems.To be successful you will be able to work methodically in a fast paced environment, liaising between multiple internal stakeholders from user support and training through to escalating functionality issues to ICT to implement updates.Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas as required.Key responsibilitiesData IntegrityMaintain transactional data integrityWork to improve master data integrity in an ongoing fashion (e.g., duplicate reduction, system synchronisation)Analyse CRM data for decision making purposesBusiness SupportCreation and maintenance of standard reports and dashboards in CRMOn-boarding and off-boarding CRM usersAct as point of contact for users with CRM questionsConduct on-going training and new functionality rollout trainingSupport data changes associated with sales structural realignment initiativesSupport security model changes (Matrix) as neededTrain users in Salesforce support applications as they are implemented and on functionality changesProcesses SupportCollect and manage CRM enhancement ideasReview and document processes, recommending improvements as neededParticipate on CRM Regional Steering TeamProvide design input into CRM solutions for new business processesTest system enhancements and document resultsExplore and evaluate new technologiesManage ServiceNow ticket queue triaging and resolution for CRM incidentsQualifications and skillsIn Kerry we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences. In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in a similar role and environment.These include:
  • Experience in CRM, Office Software (specifically Salesforce, Microsoft would be a distinct advantage)
  • Experience in a commercial support environment
  • Previous Customer Service / Marketing or Coding experience would be a plus, however not essential.
