Wells Fargo India and Philippines (I&P) is an integral part of the Well Fargo Enterprise and provide Operations and Technology support to the WF Enterprise Business. WFIP operates out of 4 sites across 2 countries and currently has 28,000 employees supporting all lines of business covering business operation, technology development and support. Department Overview: Commercial Banking Operations within I&P sits under the CB/CIB business vertical supporting Commercial Banking business across number of key operational activities covering the entire client life cycle. The team undertakes variety of operations within WL namely Lending operations, Trade Finance operations, Treasury Management and Payment solutions, international payments and Financial Crime Ops including some key shared services activities such as reconciliations, change support, technical procedure writing and access management. The operations covers all stages of client lifecycle including onboarding and ongoing maintenance and involves deal closing, financial statement spread, cash management, account onboarding & management, customer service, collateral management, documents preparation & management and collections. These operations support all of Commercial Banking business i.e., Business Banking Group, Middle Market, Commercial Capital, Trade Finance, Treasury Management and Payments Solutions. Role Context: In this role, team member will be part of the Business Execution and production support function involved in supporting multiple applications related to trade across WLO/Commercial Banking (CB) Operations. As part of the engagement, the team member would work closely with Operations partners, Business, and IT teams to support International Trade/Foreign Exchange/ Global Banking platforms. Key Responsibilities Include: Support teams across Commercial Banking Operations and LoBs to address external & Internal customer's question related to the functions under the bank e-banking platform. Ability to do business analysis and project coordination based on project requirements . Support Operation user for legacy and new applications related to Trade & Payments For critical/high production issue Initiate and join Incident calls to provide input for the system issue/problem from user perspective. Drive triage process from operational standpoint Report and update the production issue/problem per Incident Escalation process. Perform/coordinate application production validation for system release/change/patching. Document/log defects associated with all necessary information of the production issue/problem. Work with the support teams in other locations to establish the follow-the-sun support model. Provide timely response and resolution to issues / queries raised by CB Operations, Business, and other associated functions. Follow-up Technology partner to provide update/solution for the production issue/problem. Simulate production issue/problem in lower environment for assisting Technology partner in troubleshooting, if necessary Read/Review the release notes to understand the coming system change of the supported applications. Assist/coordinate user acceptance test (UAT)/regression test, if any Support projects within CB Operations, including gather and analyze system requirement from business and translate into business or technical specification. Required Qualification: 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis , Application Support and User Acceptance testing within the banking domain. Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely with engineers and executives. Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document processes and create test cases. Experience with Testing and Defect Tracking software, such as ALM or JIRA Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills For supporting Global Banking Operations, it is preferred to have previous experience in Flexcube/Flexpay/LoanIQ Good understanding of Swift payments and ISO 20022 For supporting Trade Operations, it is preferred to have previous experience with Trade Finance application products (e.g., Import / Export Letter of Credits, Collections and Payments) Practical working experience in JIRA/HP ALM/IBM Cognos is an advantage. Individual with a technical background is desired.
