Conduct thorough market research and analysis on factors such as demand, pricing trends and buyer demographics.
Utilize insights from the local market to determine pricing strategies, product positioning, and competitive advantages.
Collaborate with the marketing team using customer-facing insights to streamline spend and targeting.
Monitor and analyse sales data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement, optimizing processes, and maximizing conversion rates.
Streamline CRM use to increase reporting accuracy.
Collaborate closely with the project management team to align sales activities with project timelines, availability, pricing, and legal requirements.The requirements:Experience in property sales in high value areas (5 -10 years) OR experience in financial advice / investment salesNetwork of past buyers and prospectsTrack record of exceeding targets consistentlyIn depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and investment analysisRemuneration:A basic salary, phone allowance and medical aid contribution form part of the package.The balance of the package is made up of commission on sales which is paid out periodically throughout the year based on various conditions being met.
