- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, specifications, and enhancements, integrating brand elements seamlessly
- Lead the brand's essence, overseeing visual identity, packaging, and messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes, informing product strategies
- Develop innovative strategies that fuse technical product excellence with brand differentiation, ensuring a unique market position
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to craft compelling narratives and marketing plans that resonate with the brand's ethos
- Work closely with sales teams, providing product expertise and supporting collateral to drive effective sales strategies
- Define and implement strategies to expand market reach, identifying new opportunities in both domestic and international markets
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including gymnastics federations, coaches, and athletes, serving as a brand ambassador
- Bachelor's degree in product management, marketing, business, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous
- Proven experience in product management, with a demonstrated understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles
- Knowledge of the gymnastics industry and a passion for aligning technical product excellence with brand identity
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and the ability to drive initiatives independently within an international team environment
- Willingness to travel as needed and proficiency in English
