- Implement guidelines, methodology, procedures and templates to collect and maintain consistent data.
- Keep track of sprint teams progress, programme financials and support the programme leadership team and scrum masters in adequately reporting on this to the executive sponsors.
- Maintain the integrated planning in the scheduling tool projects within the programe portfolio.
- Provide active support services to the programme leadership teams and scrum masters such as methodology ambassadorship, program increment and sprint planning facilitation, etc.
- Support the update and maintenance of the PMO Service Catalogue and act as an ambassador to ensure the guidelines are followed.
- Monitor resolution of issues, risks and actions and initiates discussions on resolving the issues
- 7 - 10 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably in an Agile environment
- Bachelor's degree as a minimum
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodology:
- Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, SAFe or other
- MSP, P3O, Prince II, PMBOK or similar
- Advanced scheduling with MS Project or similar
- Knowledge of Project Management Tooling:
- MS Project and/or Open Workbench (preferred)
- Agile Tooling
- Good understanding of organizational finance processes
- Branch (FMCG) experience
- Experience working in a multinational environment operating on a global scale.
