- We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support and manage the daily itinerary of our Executive remotely.
- As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Executive with various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Cold calling, Customer relations and social media account Management
- Conduct online research and compile information as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and invoicing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for Executive
- Assist with document preparation, including drafting and editing memos, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate virtual meetings and conference calls, including setting up video conferences and managing agendas
- Order meals and perform other task as required by the Executive.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and equipped with all necessary IT tools.
