Your primary responsibilities will involve setting the direction, crafting the strategy, and outlining the roadmap for M365 services within Red Bull.PROJECT MANAGEMENTAs the lead, you'll also take on the role of Project Manager for initiatives falling under Red Bull's Digital Workplace Collaboration Services. This means you'll be in charge of watching over projects from start to finish, making sure they match our goals and objectives.COMMUNICATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENTTransparency is key in our operations. You'll be tasked with providing clear insights into the roadmap of collaboration services initiatives. Moreover, establishing and fostering relationships with peers both locally and globally is vital for success in this role.BUDGET OWNERSHIPAs the manager of our Microsoft EA, you'll have the responsibility of managing budgets for all vendors and partners within the Collaboration Services domain. This includes planning, monitoring, and controlling costs.Maintaining strong relationships with our vendors and partners is crucial. You'll be in charge of fostering these connections, ensuring that contracts are in place and effectively managed to support the smooth operation of our collaboration services.VENDOR MANAGEMENTEXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and leading IT teams and projects, preferably in the Microsoft 365 domain. Very good knowledge of English. German is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services and tools like SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online is essential. A Microsoft 365 certification or related certifications are advantageous. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities are required. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
