- Managing the full P&L for the whole operation in Indonesia - leading and executing the success of the business through strategic planning, market analysis.
- Identifying potential local partners to facilitate the market entry and build revenue pipeline.
- Ability to understand the value proposition to potential clients and increase revenue opportunity by offering innovative products.
- Overseeing the setup local operations, identifying risks and challenges associated with entering new market, and adapting the business practices, products to suit the local market and culture.
- 5-8 years experience in a leadership role in a tech startup.
- Experience in product development and launch, with a track record of bringing innovative products to market.
- Proven experience as a C-level or in a similar executive leadership role in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead an effective team.
- A self-directed professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline.
- Willingness and desire to roll up your sleeves and execute while also seeing the broader vision of the company.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated high level budgeting skills, and return on marketing investment analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
