Job Description:Owns and is accountable for leading the preparation of budgets, forecasts and month end close process:Forecast:· Holding reviews with different stakeholders· Great understanding of forecasted numbers delivered by finance/business, inclusive of Risk and Opportunity section to increase forecast predictability· Deep financial and business analysis (narratives, bridges)· Consolidation of data and reporting pack preparationMonth End Close· Preparing and communicating daily estimates· Providing complex financial analysis to business management each month end· Working on month end close pack and explaining deviation to forecast· Cost structure analysisDrives the preparation of budgets on annual bases, working on strategy and any transformational initiatives. Works closely with sales, operational and business directors to align the tops down guidance with the bottoms up budgets of countries.Well versed with the US GAAP specifically related to revenue, costs and balance sheet accountsHelping business/ delivery in approvals related to deals working with NBF, sales,Demonstrated experience working with controllership, GRRO and bid teams (sales, legal, commercial and business) to shape new deals.Be able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple urgent requestsExcellent communication, presentation skillsKnowledge of accounting policies of the corporation/ AFM is essentially required.

Business review pack preparation – QBR support and input to business
Standardizing reporting and getting flash and R&O on the ALM
Coaching, guiding and leading Country Analysts
Cluster FP&A Team communication, guidance and coordination
Balance sheet review – conduct with the country analysts and present to manager
Supporting the implementation of new reporting and forecasting systems as and when communicated and required.
