- Manage all F&B outlets and lead the F&B team.
- Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and uphold menu standards.
- Overseeing creation of menus
- Collaborate with departments to coordinate events and service.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and action plans.
- Conduct training, staff onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Participate in Duty Manager rota and ensure smooth operations.
- Proven experience in F&B management (hotel environment preferred).
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Financial understanding (cost control, budgeting, forecasting).
- Knowledge of licensing laws.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Accor standards is an advantage.
