The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of document control, including the creation, organization, and maintenance of documents in a systematic manner to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Job Responsibility:
- Create, organize, and maintain both electronic and hard copy documents
- Ensure all documents are properly categorized, stored, and easily accessible
- Implement and maintain document control procedures and processes
- Update and review documents regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and distribute documents in a timely mannerCandidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in document management software and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
