As the Key Account Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Department and will be expected to utilize their B2B enterprise, consultative selling expertise to spearhead new portfolio acquisition while building meaningful, long term strategic partnership with major key accounts.Among the many responsibilities, some are as follows:
  • Gain thorough insights into the client's business to uncover and pursue new opportunities organization-wide.
  • Proactively identify potential areas for account growth by analyzing sales patterns.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships across all levels of the client organization.
  • Strategically drive client satisfaction and increase loyalty. Lead client engagement initiatives, maintain frequent touch points to gather feedback and address their business needs.
  • Maintains and increases the revenue and gross profit of each key account, ensuring they remain profitable in line with the annual revenue/profit targets.
  • Manage the negotiation process by preparing contracts, providing input on pricing and contract terms.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and manage contract renegotiations with clients.
  • Develop and maintain detailed Account Plans encompassing strategic elements such as overall account strategy, business outlook, relationship mapping, and key activities.
  • Coordinate with post-sale support teams to address any outstanding customer issues effectively.

It's critical you have an all-rounded experience and must possess the requirements below:
  • Bachelor's degree & above with upwards of 4 years of B2B account management and solution-based selling experience in a highly competitive setting, showcasing network and account growth.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening abilities with capacity to articulate complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
  • Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & fast paced environment
  • Existing experience in this sector is highly advantageous
