- Gain thorough insights into the client's business to uncover and pursue new opportunities organization-wide.
- Proactively identify potential areas for account growth by analyzing sales patterns.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships across all levels of the client organization.
- Strategically drive client satisfaction and increase loyalty. Lead client engagement initiatives, maintain frequent touch points to gather feedback and address their business needs.
- Maintains and increases the revenue and gross profit of each key account, ensuring they remain profitable in line with the annual revenue/profit targets.
- Manage the negotiation process by preparing contracts, providing input on pricing and contract terms.
- Identify upselling opportunities and manage contract renegotiations with clients.
- Develop and maintain detailed Account Plans encompassing strategic elements such as overall account strategy, business outlook, relationship mapping, and key activities.
- Coordinate with post-sale support teams to address any outstanding customer issues effectively.
- Bachelor's degree & above with upwards of 4 years of B2B account management and solution-based selling experience in a highly competitive setting, showcasing network and account growth.
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities with capacity to articulate complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
- Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & fast paced environment
