- Develop and execute a visionary People strategy aligned with the NSI MWS growth objectives to ensure that people initiatives support the overall business strategy by closely collaborating with our NSI MWS and global HR leaders and teams.
- Lead change management efforts related to growth and global organizational changes. Drive initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, fostering innovation, and driving a high-performance culture.
- Master a hybrid strategy that unites, empowers, and supercharges productivity. Pioneer the art of top talent scouting across the globe and sculpting a recruitment and branding strategy that identifies A-players with pinpoint precision.
- Oversee recruitment and employer branding efforts, to attract top-tier talent quickly and efficiently, ensuring the workforce is engaged, and can scale to meet business needs.
- Crafting a dynamic L&D strategy (including a new mobile learning centre) from scratch. Build bridges across departments, shaping tailored onboarding experiences. Your canvas includes aligning learning initiatives with our business heartbeat, weaving a narrative that elevates individual curiosity.
- Safeguard and nurture the company's culture, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive work environment that adapts and scales with the organization.
- Manage, inspire and motivate your team that currently exists of a global specialist talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with international labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices across different regions. Establish global HR policies, procedures, and guidelines while considering cultural and regional variations.
- Invest in leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline, essential for guiding the organization through rapid growth.
- Elevate our employee engagement score, eNPS, wellbeing, and foster an inclusive, diverse culture.
- Promote diversity and inclusion efforts to create a workplace where all employees feel valued and included, which is crucial during periods of expansion.
- Keep a watchful eye on our HR analytics, people budget and navigating its evolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
- Strong understanding of European labour, tax and social security laws and regulations.
- Proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and change management within a dynamic work environment in a multinational setting.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement, skilled in implementing structure and prioritization with tact and organizational savviness.
- Previous experience in leading organization through a similar scaling phase and a drive to create a unique People & Culture approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Result-oriented, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a track record of achieving goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
