Location: London, Elephant & CastleContract: PermanentHours: Full timeThe opportunityAre you an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst looking to provide 2nd line support in a large enterprise environment?We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our IT Support Services. With a can-do attitude, you'll play a vital role in supporting users both remotely and desk-side, with most of your work being escalated from our IT Service Desk. You'll support both staff and student computers providing a quick response to standard day-to-day issues and requests, as well as engaging with projects.This role will suit an experienced Support Analyst looking to expand their skill set within a large environment.Though you'll be based at London College of Communication there may be occasional travel to other UAL sites.About youThe successful candidate should have experience of the following:
  • Demonstrable experience working in a Second line IT support role within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience of working across Windows and Mac environments, including deployment and configuration of operating systems, hardware maintenance and fault-finding using command line tools.
  • Experience leading and motivating support teams.
  • Experience supporting Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Intune/Entra and other basic network services.
  • Experience of working across an ITIL aligned environment.
  • High level of customer service skills, and an ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
