- Solution selling: Drive corporate account growth by constantly seeking new opportunities to develop, expand, and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing the necessary support and addressing their needs.
- Analyze data to identify growth and profitability opportunities for both clients and Lalamove.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to initiate new initiatives and resolve challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly business review reports for key accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with corporate key clients and various departments within Lalamove
- Results-driven mindset with a data-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a collaborative team player
- Intermediate data analysis skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Account Management or Client Servicing within a similar industry
