We are on a mission to raise the creative potential of the UK so we give young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of the incredible moments that go down in history.The RoleThe Senior Programme Manager: Freelance and Entrepreneurship role will ensure the delivery of a high quality career development programme for creative freelancers and entrepreneurs aged 18 - 30yrs. This role will have responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Inflexion Workspace, and will work strategically to create opportunities that complement and enhance Roundhouse's broader creative offer to develop tangible pathways for diverse young people to gain meaningful and sustained employment within the creative industries.Some weekend and evening work may be required according to business needs.About YouWe are looking for a skilled and experienced programming / operations manager to take a strategic lead in driving Roundhouse's work with creative freelancers and entrepreneurs, advising on research and policy development relating to youth self-employment and youth entrepreneurship, whilst ensuring that robust learning outcomes are delivered, evaluated and utilised to inform future initiatives.We welcome applications from people who feel they can bring their own skills, experiences and ideas to the table and empower those around them to do the same.
