Salary: £90 - £100 per day (PAYE)Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Driving Teaching Assistants in Plymouth.Role Responsibilities:
- Drive students to and from school or appointments as needed.
- Support students either individually or in small groups, both in the classroom and within the community, to facilitate their learning journey.
- Provide dedicated one-to-one support to primary-aged students with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes social and emotional development.
- Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to ensure a holistic learning experience.
- Previous experience working with primary-aged students with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
- Familiarity with a range of strategies and interventions to support students with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Genuine passion for working with children with SEN and creating a safe and positive learning environment.
- While experience is desired, we welcome applicants who are passionate, engaging, and eager to learn.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
