Quality Control Specialist

• Implementing and leading new supplier Quality System and process audit
• Partnering with Design team and supplier to verify and resolve the quality issues in builds and follow the corrective actions
• Dealing with material quality issues both in IQC and production line.
• Dealing quality planning and PPAP for components development and change
• Ensuring regular process audit in supplier site regarding to the quality defects. Supplier quality performance monitor and drive continual improvement
• Training for supplier about quality tools (DOE, SPC, GRR…) and cosmetic criterion
• Being responsible for ODM/OEM products customer complaints analyze and improvement: Fast respond to the customer complaints and lead the internal analyze process; Planning and driving the corrective and preventive actions to guarantee a fast and effective close of the issues

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical design, automation technology or polymer material related professional, digitalization experience as preferred
• Above 5 years supplier quality management background, experience in injection molding parts, metal parts, structural parts, spraying parts is preferred
• Familiar with APQP、PPAP, SPC, CP, FMEA, 8D etc., Six Sigma belts is preferred
• Proficiency skill for Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Familiar with Minitab or Power BI is preferred
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral
• Good communication and teamwork and leadership
• Highly responsible, and self-motivated
