Project Management : You would be responsible for managing sales projects within your zone, including new construction projects, renovations, and other large-scale initiatives. This involves coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Account Management : Identifying, developing, and managing key accounts within your zone. This includes building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and preferences, and developing customized solutions to meet their requirements. Specifications Management : Working closely with architects, designers, contractors, and other specifiers to ensure that your company's products are specified in relevant projects. This involves providing technical support, conducting product presentations, and offering assistance throughout the specification process. Retail & Channel Sales Management : Overseeing the sales activities of various channels within your zone, including dealers, distributors, retailers, and online platforms. This involves developing channel strategies, setting sales targets, and providing support and guidance to channel partners to drive sales growth. Team Leadership : Managing and leading a team of sales managers, executives, and support staff to achieve sales targets and objectives. This includes hiring, training, coaching, and motivating team members to perform at their best. Market Analysis and Planning : Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within your zone. This information will inform your sales strategies and help you identify new opportunities for growth. Strategic Partnerships : Developing strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance your company's presence and reputation within the market. Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Tracking sales performance against targets and KPIs, and providing regular reports and updates to senior management. This includes analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Compliance and Ethics : Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities within your zone. Customer Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and grievances promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: A bachelor or master degree in the business administration is preferred. Experience: 12 to 15 years of channel & retails sales & marketing, project sales, business development or specification to key accounts experience specifically in the quartz surfaces or luxury niche surfaces industry is highly desirable. Projects & Specification Experience: Demonstrated experience in working with architects, designers, contractors, and other specifiers to influence product specifications and selections for construction projects & large volume project sales exposure. Retail & Channel Sales and Marketing Experience: Strong sales and marketing background with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships within the construction or building materials sector.
