Join us as an Assistant Accountant within our Palletforce team. Key responsibilities will be;Daily update of the accruals/prepayments schedule plus production of monthly accrual/prepayment journal
Weekly new member volume report production
Credit risk requests
Assist with purchase order receipting queries
Expense actuals and expense accruals journal
Customer revenue reports
Departmental analysis
Adhoc journal postings requested
Any other tasks as required to ensure timely completion of accounts
Provide cover for other members of the teamWhat we need from you:Essential SkillsMS Word
MS Excel (advanced level)
MS Outlook
Good communications skills
Previous experience in an accounts receivable/payable/general accounts role.
Sage experience would be beneficialDesirable SkillsEnglish & Maths Level 4 (grade C)
