Osborne Recruitment are currently working with a well-established client within the public sector seeking an Administrator based in Dundalk.
The candidate must have 12 months experience within an office setting.Job Description:
  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Administrator to join our team.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who possess a degree and have at least 12 months of administration experience .
  • As a Graduate Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day administrative operations and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve administrative efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the office.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
