- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Administrator to join our team.
- This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who possess a degree and have at least 12 months of administration experience .
- As a Graduate Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day administrative operations and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our organization.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve administrative efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the office.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
