Food & Beverage StaffWe are now recruiting Food & Beverage Staff to join our friendly team here at An Chúirt Hotel.Food and Beverage Assistants are primarily responsible for providing food and drink to guests. This can involve direct table service or it can involve topping up buffet selections with fresh food, serving guests in the buffet queue or working behind a bar mixing drinks.About the roleMain duties & ResponsibilitiesSetting up food areas, arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of event spacesGreeting guests as they arrive at the venue, directing guests to tables, providing menus and taking ordersDelivering food from the kitchen to guests at the table or to a self-service areaKeeping any bar and drink service areas fully stocked with beveragesTaking drinks orders and serving drinks to guests at their table or throughout the venueOpening wine bottles at the table and pouring drinks for guestsWiping down tables and chairs, removing rubbish and clearing event spacesBenefits:.Staff meal on duty.Staff discountsCareer progression opportunities.About the companyA family-run hotel & bar group owned and managed by the Gallen Family.Required Criteria
