- Cleans areas of the hotel as assigned by management (including making beds, replacing dirty linens and towels, restocking guestroom amenities, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
- Informs the executive housekeeper of any repairs required.
- Responds to guest complaints and special requests in a timely and efficient manner, seeking support from management where required.
- Complies with the hotels internal policies and procedures.
- Cooperates with other departments of the hotel to ensure high guest satisfaction levels, compliance with internal policies and external standards.
- Submits suggestions to the executive housekeeper for improvements related to housekeeping operations.
- At least 2 years of related experience in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Relevant training / diploma / certificate will be considered an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of Greek and/or English.
- Possessing a team spirit
- Attention to detail and working efficiently in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment.
- Conducting themselves with discretion.
