TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct learning needs assessments in partnership with managers and Business Partners. Identify skills gaps and performance improvement opportunities to create targeted learning solutions.
  • Design learning content, define and develop structured learning journeys for job roles and functions aligning learning content directly with the skills and competencies required for each role.
  • Conduct supplier comparisons and liaise with external training vendors to source specialized training programs or resources.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal knowledge sharing and communities of practice to cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
  • Implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, such as surveys, quizzes, and practical assessments.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
  • Master degree in Adult Education or related
  • Experience within an L&D role (course design and evaluation)
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly creative approach
  • Sound business acumen
  • Change management skills are considered a plus
  • Developed analytical skills are considered a plus
  • Experience with an Learning Management Systems (LMS) is considered a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Full-time permanent position based in Luxembourg
  • Flexibility working hours, in accordance with our Collective Work Agreement (CWA)
  • Occasional travel may be required
