Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.Location: Europe, Italy As a Marketing Technology Adoption Specialist at Electrification Smart Power, you will be instrumental in facilitating the onboarding, support, and training of essential marketing technologies, particularly Pardot and Salesforce CRM (SFDC), within our organization. Additionally, you will work with a diverse array of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as analytics tools and account-based marketing (ABM) solutions. Operating within our agile team structure, you will work closely with the Agile Team Product Owner (PO) and MarTech Leader for operational guidance and report functionally to the Global Marketing Chapter Lead (CL). Your primary objective will revolve around championing the adoption and optimization of marketing technologies to align with the strategic objectives set by the PO & MarTech Leader. By addressing user needs, fostering adoption, and driving technological advancements, you will contribute significantly to our business growth and success. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and effective utilization of marketing technologies, ultimately enhancing our digital marketing efforts across the entire customer journey. You will be tasked with meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing technology adoption and sharing insights and best practices within the wider marketing chapter. To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate proficiency in project management and a strong background in digital marketing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with the Electrification industry and global markets will be advantageous, enabling you to better understand and address the unique needs of our diverse customer base. The role will report to the Global Marketing Chapter Lead.Your responsibilities
  • Facilitate onboarding, support, and training for marketing technologies like Pardot and Salesforce CRM to enhance campaign delivery and success stories
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for implementing and adopting marketing technologies, aligning with organizational goals
  • Ensure effective management and governance of marketing technology platforms, adhering to global processes
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing technologies to drive business growth and act as a marketing 'champion.'
  • Create best practices, case studies, and knowledge-sharing resources to contribute to the marketing chapter's growth
  • Motivate and educate the team about marketing technology, fostering best practices, and managing relationships with internal and external partners
  • Support the roll-out and integration of new marketing technologies and tools, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables and uphold compliance with CRM security policy, GDPR, and data privacy regulations
Your background
  • Proven experience in onboarding, supporting, and training users on marketing technologies, with a focus on Pardot and Salesforce CRM; Salesforce and Pardot certifications are a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce CRM functionalities, including lead management, automation, reporting, and integration, along with experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs, make data-driven decisions, and hands-on experience with Google Analytics and email marketing processes to enhance customer engagement
  • Familiarity with digital communications channels and AI use cases in digital marketing, demonstrating innovative approaches
  • Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, proactive initiative, and strong project management skills, ensuring attention to detail and effective navigation of challenges
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, fluency in English, and a background in the electrification industry is desirable
