CPA Kamal Anantroy Bhatt having over 30 years of experience leads the firm as the Managing Partner.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve or surpass revenue goals.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their individual and team targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials.
  • Represent EnglishPoint Marina at industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Follow up with bookers on the payment of groups that have stayed / hosted events at the hotel
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and guest services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry and its sales landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ideally proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Fidelio & Micros
  • Experience working with revenue management systems is preferred.
  • A results-oriented and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to travel occasionally may be required.
