- 5+ years of technical experience and at least 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and sales.
- An outstanding communicator with the ability to lead and develop other professionals.
- A strong desire to provide solution-focused sales to new and existing customers.
- The ability to influence others as well as actively listen to various viewpoints to determine the best course of action.
- An undergraduate degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Systems.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without restrictions on traveling.
- Ability to travel, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for business development and consultancy work.
- Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily required to sit or stand at a workstation while operating computer, phone, and other office equipment.
- The employee is required to communicate speak, write, type and hear.
