This pivotal role involves shaping and driving our water-related projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. As a Water Director, you will play a critical role in advancing our industry and creating lasting impact.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies for water-related frameworks, aligning with Egis' vision and business goals.Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.Team Management: create and expand a strong technical delivery capability in the UK.Project Oversight: Oversee a water projects portfolio, ensuring successful project delivery, quality, and adherence to timelines.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers.Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, lead bids and proposalQualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience working in UK Water sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving successful project outcomes.
- Strong client management skills, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with business objectives.
- In-depth understanding of water sector trends, challenges, and innovations.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of projects
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
- Skill in examining tenders, market conditions and operational requirements.
- Knowledge of communications and public relations techniques.
- Ability to develop and deliver professional presentations
- Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and clients.
