About the job We are seeking a visionary leader to fill the role of Deputy Chief within our esteemed Corporate Communications & Marketing Division. As Deputy Chief, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic communication, branding, and marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will drive engagement, enhance brand reputation, and foster positive relationships to support our organization's mission and vision. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Branding & Content Management: . Develop and lead strategic branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. . Oversee creative content management to enhance brand image and credibility within the Comp. External Communications & Media Engagement: . Develop and implement external communication strategies to engage stakeholders and enhance brand reputation. . Shape positive public perception through strategic management of media channels and engagement initiatives. Marketing Strategy & Partnership Development: . Lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing strategies to manage public perception and drive desired outcomes. . Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance brand credibility and trust among stakeholders. Event Management & Standards Compliance: . Provide strategic direction for events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and brand management strategies. . Act as a strategic advisor for regional operations, ensuring events adhere to approved standards and enhance brand reputation. Regional Communications Support & Stakeholder Engagement: . Provide strategic guidance on communication policies, promoting brand recognition and resonance among stakeholders. . Support regional communications, aligning them with Company corporate brand strategy and guidelines. Qualifications & Experience: . Educational Qualification: Degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field Master's degree preferred. . Relevant Experience: 15 years of progressive experience in communications, marketing, or public relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the corporate or government sector is highly desirable.
