Their product range includes 185 leading brands from a spectrum of electrical products including major appliances, lighting, heating and renewable products. As part of a larger group with a turnover of £1 billion and over 2,000 employees nationwide, they are passionate about developing graduate talent.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will embark on an exciting 6-month training programme immersing yourself in business operations and product knowledge. Upon completion, you will transition into a field-based role, managing client accounts and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building and nurturing client relationships
  • Researching and developing a pipeline of potential leads
  • Qualifying leads and closing deals
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Representing the business as the first point of contact for potential clients
