Exciting opportunity!We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Payments for a Curacao-licensed iGaming operator primarily targeting LATAM and, secondarily, global markets.The platform is both FIAT and crypto fuelled, and the sportsbetting and casino-brand is rapidly expanding in terms of verticals and Geos.Role & Responsibilities

Take leadership of the whole Payments, AML & KYC department
Explore and onboard multiple payments solutions across FIAT and crypto
Ensure regional payment solutions are available across multiple jurisdiction

Continuous development of payment and transaction optimization strategies
Facilitate smooth deposits / withdrawals process
Monitor receipt of settlements from PSPs
AML policy administration
PSP testing, selection, and integrations
Update and improve processes and manuals for Payments & AML dept
Write and update internal manuals for each PSP
Implementation of a forward-thinking risk and fraud management strategy
Ownership and management of payment and Anti-Fraud Management 3rd party relationships: PSPs, KYC verification providers, AML software providers

Education, Skills & Experience

At least two year’s experience working in a leaderghip role within igaming payment
Bachelor’s degree
Clean Police Conduct Report
Excellent communication skills in English
Communication skillls in Spanish could be an advantage
Strong analytical & reporting skills
High level of IT literacy: Advanced user of Excel & Word, web-related services

About this role

Salary €50-80K depending on location and experience
Discretional bonus
To be located in Madrid or fully remote
28 days paid annual leave + public holidays depending on location
