We are looking for an Operations Intern to join us in building the company, and support day to day operations of our co-working space and startup incubator. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, a passion for startups, and a keen interest in operational excellence. Responsibilities SOP conceptualization, documentation, implementation, and execution Review SOP submissions and proposals from external parties Streamline paperwork using automation tools (i.e. contracts, invoices, etc.) Set up and maintain proper organization of project management tools and microsites Serve as finance PIC for defined SOPs Office expense tracking and petty cash fund management Background Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or entrepreneurship preferred Interest in project management Interest in coding and automation software Prior experience in project management is a distinct advantage Occasionally available to join online meetings from different timezones Amenable to work onsite at least once a week within the BGC and/or Makati areas Resourceful, passionate, and driven to learn and overcome any obstacles Entrepreneurial spirit Can work independently with minimal supervision Can speak and write English fluently Fresh graduates welcome to apply Send your CV to [HIDDEN TEXT] .
