As a Systems Administrator, your team will maintain the critical server infrastructure that allows us to advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. You’ll be responsible for deploying new technologies as well as ensuring system performance.What you will bring:Must have skills/experience - RedHat Linux, Pacemaker Cluster, OpenShift Orchestration, VMwareNice-To-Have skills/experience: Knowledge in Agile, Automation, Ansible, VCS Cluster, AIX/Solaris, Scripting skillsAround 4 years experience in RHEL. VMWare ESXiMust be willing to work on a Hybrid Setup (twice a week onsite). The office location is at Ecoplaza Bldg, Makati City (near Magallanes MRT Station, EDSA)Must be willing to work on a Shifting schedule – APAC and US shiftKnowledge of multiple operating systems and related utilities and hardwareKnowledge of storage management, TCP/IP, network monitoring and tools and technical writing principles and practicesEffective analytical, problem solving, installation and maintenance skillsAbility to work independently as well as within a teamAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and publicWhat you will be doing:Administration & Troubleshooting Pacemaker clusterHands on experience on Openshift tasks like Patching, Troubleshooting, Gluster Administration.Hands-on experience on HP ILO, iDARC Firmware.Experience in Package management using RPM, YUM, SATELITE in Red Hat Linux.Managing, troubleshooting, and resolving Incidents/Issues as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA, RCA) with frequent updates.Experience in Creating and maintaining user accounts, profiles, security, rights, Quotas, and process monitoring.Creating, cloning Linux Virtual Machines, templates using VMware ESXi & Virtualization environments.Experience in Installation of VMware ESX server and creation of VMs and install different guest OS.Proficient in patching level issues, support required for any issues during the patchingWillingness to work in nights shifts or support 24 x 7 Coverage as per the Business needsFollowing Standard Operating Procedures for BAU support, Build, configure and maintain all applicable ServersRecognizing and articulating job related problems to management.Analyzing technical problems and creating solutions involving the use of existing techniques and/or toolsChallenging the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve a customer solution.Assisting in the identification of new service opportunities.Providing coverage for BAU Unix Server Management teams along with other project works assigned.Abiding by Incident, Change and Problem Management procedures, including complying with the Service Level Agreements as documented in the Problem Severity matrixWhat we offer:A competitive salary and benefitsGreat workspaces with dedicated and motivated colleaguesA variety of career development tools, resources & opportunities#LI-JO1Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
