Sales Manager for our client in Fort Lauderdale area. This role is hybrid. The role is in person for two months, then reduces to 3 days in the office after training is completed.RequirementsSupport sales teamDevelop and manage a portfolio of small to large sized key retailersAchieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new retailersIdentify new sales opportunities and follow up on prospective leadsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing retailers to maximize share of walletDevelop and maintain solid and trusting relationships between assigned retailers in the drug and grocery channelsCoordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up by meeting all assigned retailer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelinesDevelop strategic business proposals, monitor/analyze the competitive landscape and trends, and stay up to date with industry and retail developmentsResponsibilitiesDegree in marketing, business administration, sales or relevant field3-5 years of outside sales representative / sales account representative experience preferredMinimum 1-5 years of CPG experience preferredPowered by JazzHR
