- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Design print and digital materials such as brochures, ads, social media graphics, event and web banners, invitations, illustrations and infographics, Canva templates, PowerPoint decks, etc.
- Design and update company websites
- Edit designs and content based on feedback to final approval.
- Ensure final designs are thoughtful, visually appealing and on brand.
- Inspect proofs for accuracy and adherence to corporate standards.
- Participate in marketing strategic planning meetings on a project-by-project basis.
- Coordinate and maintain a library of photos, graphics, media, digital records, and other enterprise content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices. Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our marketing campaigns.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communication design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years direct work experience as a graphic designer.
- Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite – Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography
- Ability to think creatively, solve design challenges, and communicate complex concepts visually.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong work ethic, professionalism and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback
- Self-motivated, able to work well independently as well as within a team.
