After identifying business requirements, Advisors are responsible for influencing optimal program design to drive impactful results and consulting on investment needed to deliver maximum results. Advisors are responsible for communicating our services in conjunction with our solutions, demonstrating our partnership approach and sharing relevant client case studies. The Senior Strategic Advisor excels at building trusted relationships, establishing credibility in our space, and being a liaison between the prospect and sales.What we can offer youAn opportunity to conceptualize, communicate, and demonstrate to sales prospects how Workhuman's products and services help drive a company's business performanceCollaborate across teams to define client approach, strategize on plans to achieve client objectivesWork closely with Sales Reps and their leaders to proactively identify and resolve issues, facilitate meetings, and guide strategy sessions with clientsAn opportunity to contribute to the sales efforts of multiple field reps and sales leaders in the EMEA region by consulting with prospects on how our solutions can achieve their internal HR / People & Culture or business goalsYou will own a role in the sales process by engaging with sales team and enthusiastically participate during sales calls to win new businessThe skills you will bring:7-10 years of strategic HR experience advising organizations, implementing HR solutions, and working with mid to large enterprises; OR 7-10 years of customer-facing sales experience, building relationships and selling enterprise software products.Experience serving as a senior consultant between Sales, Product, Marketing, Strategy & Consulting, and/or Customer Success teams.Drive feedback and bring insights from all internal teams to help close deals, help company scale, and drive higher client retention.Meet with prospects to identify their requirements and work with Field Reps to tailor each prospect interaction and solution presentation based on the unique requirements of each customer via custom presentations and demosYou will partner with Marketing representing Workhuman in all various forms of events or speaking engagements, internally and externally and provide feedback on messaging and campaigns/field marketing eventsYou will maintain close alignment with Customer Success to understand client achievements & challenges to be able to represent how the partnership feels like, and provide feedback internally on areas of continual improvementEnsure that you remain up to date on the company's latest ideas and product offerings and maintain the appropriate level of certification for providing solutions.Achievements:Experience in HR Consulting or one or more HR-related disciplines, including talent management, total rewards, employee engagement, employee communications, HRIS and organizational developmentStrong verbal communications and presentation skills with ability to influence and lead meetings with 5+ cross-functional senior leadersExperience growing client relationships by anticipating client needs, proactively planning new growth strategies, and searching for new business connections to increase revenueHighly effective problem solving and analytical skills, experience building and presenting a business caseUnderstanding of the Human Resources industry with the talent for connecting to HR audiences and personasTravel requirement: Willingness to travel either for a key prospect or for internal needs.The Company:Workhuman® is the world’s fastest-growing integrated Social Recognition® and continuous performance management platform.
