Mercian Logistics is part of Cathay Investments. Mercian is looking for a Warehouse Operative to be based at it's site in Ross.The job will involve:

Ensure customer goods are loaded and unloaded carefully, identifying any damages or missing items
Ensure deliveries are scanned and put into correct run locations
Make sure all items are scanned correctly and loaded as per APC load plans
Follow the agreed procedure for unloading vans each night, signing off correctly, and complete the warehouse sweep to ensure no items left in the warehouse
Ensure the warehouse is kept tidy at all times

You will have:

Relevant experience within a similar role, or previous experience of working within a process led environment
Proven ability to work with minimum of supervision
Good communication skills
Good time management and planning skill

An FLT licence is desirable but a training agreement can be agreed to obtain this.
