- Analyze new and complex issues, performing thorough root cause investigations.
- Offer problem-solving expertise while considering customer constraints and risk management
- Deliver architecture advisory services, including reviews and conceptual support.
- Conduct research and promptly address technical inquiries, ensuring effective communication at various organizational levels
