All aspects of the Accounts Payable Function
Ensuring accurate coding and posting of purchase invoices
Posting intercompany purchase invoices
Preparing weekly creditor payments for the Financial Controller to process
Credit card and petty cash
Posting company credit card transactions
Posting petty cash expenses and reconciling monthly
Prospective candidates should have first-rate MS Excel skills and be happy in an Accounts Payable role. Please note that this opportunity is office-based five days a week. Excellent benefits are on offer following probation.
