- Ensure machines meet design and customer expectations, responding to and resolving field or remote machine issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and solve mechanical or operational problems to enhance machine efficiency and performance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and fine-tuning during production to optimize machine performance continuously.
- Complete mechanical component disassembly and installation, collaborating with engineering to improve work instructions and procedures.
- Maintain relationships with sales leadership and internal departments, providing updates and advising on sales opportunities or customer concerns.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities, ensuring proper use and maintenance of company tools and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing complaints, working proactively on projects, and acting as the voice of the customer to improve products and services.
- Engineering degree specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics, with SEC A or B electrical installer license preferred.
- Experienced in customer service within agriculture or food industries, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficient in maintaining process continuity, following checklists, and troubleshooting electromechanical and software issues.
- Skilled in analyzing and resolving electromechanical and computer software problems, with the ability to interpret manuals and diagrams effectively.
- Customer service-oriented, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time)
- Comftable in English for professional communication.
