- Develop visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to : advertisements, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
- Develop visually appealing and engaging social media advertisements for our iGaming platform, including but not limited to : Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and execute design solutions that effectively communicate the desired message and engage the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Create designs that align with the unique brand identities of our iGaming clients while adhering to platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience demographics, and performance metrics.
- Conceptualise and execute creative ideas that effectively communicate promotional offers, events, and new game releases.
- Utilise motion graphics and animations to enhance the visual appeal and interactivity of social media advertisements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media algorithms to inform design decisions and optimise performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyse performance data to iterate and improve advertisement designs for maximum effectiveness.
- Work closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, and account managers to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Assist with other design tasks and projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Proven experience designing social media advertisements for iGaming brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective designs.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, including targeting options, ad formats, and performance tracking tools.
- Understanding of iGaming aesthetics, terminology, and target audience preferences.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions across various mediums.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
