As Human Resources Generalist Manager you will take ownership and help improve the #iOPEXhappyatworkteam of iOPEX Technologies Philippines from the hiring process, compensation and benefits, employer brand, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance, performance reviews, and build strategic frameworks. Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision, guidance, and mentoring. Support with all HR-related matters Develop and recommend strategies for process improvements.
