As a Maintenance Supervisor, your tasks will include:
  • Managing building maintenance and operations, ensuring facilities are up to standards
  • Overseeing equipment upkeep and safety inspections
  • Maintaining work schedules and coordinating projects
  • Providing general maintenance and supervising staff, focusing on training and development
  • Participating in recruitment and orientation processes
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Four years experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, mechanical systems, and construction-related fields. This includes two years of supervisory experience.
  • First Aid certification within 90 days of employment
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage. A forklift operator's license is preferred.
  • Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate projects, and interact professionally with various employees
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and maintenance tools
  • Skilled in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance
  • Ability to read construction documents and use computer programs like Word and Excel.
