- Define and execute the product vision and strategy, translating it into a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Source and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers to drive continuous business impact.
- Conduct customer research to inform product features and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the creation of business requirements for product development, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive technical projects and prioritize features effectively.
- Communicate the product vision and ensure alignment with development efforts.
- Lead and manage a global team of product managers, providing guidance and motivation.
- Build a cohesive product management organization, focusing on common goals and day-to-day execution.
- Gather and prioritize market and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with solution and R&D teams to achieve business case objectives.
- Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a multinational management or product area, with product management and travel/hotel industry experience
- Experience in team and product management
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives
- Business Understanding
- Profound knowledge of the hospitality industry; providers, travel agencies, technology, trends, strategy
- An excellent knowledge of the hotel distribution landscape and concepts including Central Reservation Systems and Property Management Systems a plus
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
