SAP TrainerLocation:London/Peterborough/HybridDepartment:Not SpecifiedSalary Details:Not SpecifiedAdvertising End Date:Not SpecifiedJob DescriptionPlease note this role is advertised on a 12 month FTC.Your role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Trainer to lead the planning, development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for our organization's implementation project. The Trainer will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the new system and optimize their workflows.Location : Travel required to both London and Peterborough.Day to day you will:
  • Training Strategy: Support the training strategy developed for the organization's S/4 HANA implementation goals and business processes
Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine training needs based on roles, departments and functional areasCurriculum Design: Develop training curricula, materials and content for various user groups, including end-users, key users and technical staffTraining Delivery: Lead training sessions and workshops using various delivery methods (in-person, virtual, e-learning), ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagementTraining Evaluation: Develop assessment methods to measure training effectiveness and gather feedback from participantsDocumentation: Create training documentation, user guides and reference materials to support ongoing learning and troubleshootingChange Management: Collaborate with the change management team to ensure training aligns with communication and change strategies, helping employees adapt to new processes and systemsStakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders, project teams and functional leads to understand evolving training needs and ensure alignmentTeam Collaboration: Work with a team of trainers and coordinators to execute training initiatives effectivelyReporting: Provide regular progress reports, training metrics and insights to project leadership and managementWhat we are looking for from you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
Proven experience in designing and delivering SAP S/4 HANA training programs, ideally in large-scale implementation projectsStrong understanding of a combination of the following SAP S/4 HANA modules and solutions: Order To Cash, Logistics Execution, Record To Report, Acquire To Retire, Cash Management, Tax, SAP Analytics CloudProficient in using SAP Enable Now software for content development, delivery and assessmentExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable mannerAbility to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneouslyProblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content to address user challenges and concernsExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationshipsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaborativelyWe are News UK: One of the leading media businesses in the UK and Ireland.
