Take this chance to shape the future of logistics by coaching our driving team to excellence.Role SummaryAs a Truck Trainer and Assessor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality training and assessment services to our fleet drivers. You will ensure that all training activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will be pivotal in developing a culture of safety and continuous improvement within our logistics operations.Position Requirements:
  • MC (Multi Combination) & HC (Heavy Combination) Licence a must
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Ability to communicate clearly to all ages and genders
  • Positive attitude to customer service and well-developed people skills
  • High level of professionalism and punctuality
  • Department of Transport – Qualified Instructor and Assessor (i.e. Blue Book)
