- Diagnose and resolve software connectivity and functionality issues
- Support on telematic platforms and performances, API integrations, WebUI's, and 3rd party platforms
- Allocate and manage solution support issues with customers, internal teams and suppliers
- Identify opportunities to introduce services or solutions to grow solution success
- Support our customers, sales and service teams to ensure maximum uptime of digital solutions
- Manage Solution subscriptions and future Saas product offerings
- Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of SMT's digital offerings
- Diagnosis and resolution of software issues, especially related to API feeds
- A strong understanding of API concepts, protocols and data formats
- Knowledge of off-highway telemetry data is ideal
- Ability to explain complex technical situations to people who are not digital literate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel
- Customer Service mindset and proactive approach
- Troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
