This is an entry level position.Type of contract: Contract of mandate
Department: Finance and logistics departmentWorkplace: Roche Diagnostics PolandWorking hours: Approximately 35-40 hours a weekPlease attach your CV in English!Main responsibilities:

Current support of the procurement / logistics team,
Processing invoices, ordering products from external suppliers,
Working in systems: SAP, GDC, Smartsheet; updating databases and systems in the area of responsibility,
Taking care of the highest standards of logistics process,
Cooperation with other departments of the company for an effective ordering process.

The candidate should have the following characteristics:

Currently studying at the university (preferably data analytics, administration or logistics) or you finishing your studies,
Fluent English and Polish language knowledge
MS Office and office equipment - very good knowledge, especially Excel and Word,
An asset would be experience in SAP,
Accuracy, patience, independence, analytical skills,
Ability to work in a team.
