- Daily OTE's of £120-£300
- Guaranteed London Living Wage (£11.95 ph)

- Providing product information and promoting Freddie’s Flowers products and services
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing and resolving customer concerns and complaints
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Providing feedback on customer trends and issues to the management team
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Calling people that have shown an interest in Freddie’s Flowers or people that have used us before
- Explain to them who we are and what we do or how we’ve changed
- Persuade them to give us a go!
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in the floral industry
- Experience in Sales
- Knowledge of Zendesk or similar customer service platforms
